Refund Policy

At The Cricket Biomechanist, I’m committed to delivering high-quality mentoring that supports your growth as a coach. I also understand that circumstances can change.

Refunds and cancellations are handled as follows:

Single sessions: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at my discretion.

Packages or multi-session bookings: If you wish to cancel after starting a package, refunds will be calculated based on sessions used, minus a 10% admin fee on the remaining balance.

Ongoing support plans: These are billed monthly and require one full month’s notice to cancel. Access to support will continue through your notice period, and no partial refunds will be issued.

Digital products or downloadable resources: All digital content sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

No-shows: Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

Unfulfilled Service: Most services are delivered as scheduled, typically within the agreed timeframes. If there is ever a delay or unavoidable disruption (e.g., illness, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances), I will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or offer an appropriate alternative. In the rare event that I am unable to fulfil the service entirely, you will be offered a full refund for any undelivered portion. I will always aim to act transparently, fairly, and in good faith.
